RIVERSIDE – (INT) – Riverside’s historic Mission Inn Resort and Spa is being sold, according to the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce. A news release does not list the price the Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation is paying. It owns and operates the Yaamava’ Resort & Casino in Highland.

The transaction comes just months after the passing of Duane R. Roberts who owned the historic landmark along with his wife, Kelly.

There was no indication the hotel would become a casino venue while continuing as the centerpiece for the annual Festival of Lights which draws thousands to Riverside for the Christmas-New Year’s holiday and other major events.
