Future of river park looks brighter
RIVERSIDE – (INT) - Plans to improve the McLean-Anza Narrows Park in Riverside into a gateway that connects the community to the Santa Ana River have gotten a major financial boost.
The California Coastal Conservancy has awarded the city 6-million dollars to cover half the coast of a project that will expand access to the Santa Ana River and the Santa Ana River Trail. The 40-acre city-owned park overlooks the river. Story Date: May 6, 2026
