A woman has survived a car-to-car shooting on Interstate 10 in Banning. The early Saturday morning incident forced a nearly 3-hour closure of the westbound lanes, but there was no indication the suspect vehicle, a black sedan, was located. A specialized unit from the California Highway Patrol was investigating. (INT)
