Primary election ballots are in the hands of all 1.2 million active registered voters in San Bernardino County. Early voting is available at the Registrar of Voters office, 777 E. Rialto Avenue in San Bernardino. Beginning Thursday, May 28, nine additional Early Voting Locations will open in Adelanto, Apple Valley, Barstow, Chino, Joshua Tree, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Victorville and Yucaipa. (INT)
