INLAND EMPIRE – (INT) The region will experience dangerously hot and humid conditions this weekend, with temperatures expected to peak between 96°F and 106°F.

Extreme heat warning and heat advisory have been extended through Sunday afternoon due to high pressure combined with muggy monsoonal moisture which brings a slight chance of isolated afternoon showers or thunderstorms.

Temperatures will slowly cool down through next week with temperatures becoming near to slightly below average.

Coastal areas will continue to see low clouds each night and morning through the forecast period.
